Terms of Service and EULA

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of StoryScale, an app provided by Elementalys. By installing or using StoryScale, the customer agrees to these Terms.

2. License grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Elementalys grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StoryScale within the customer Atlassian environment for internal business purposes.

The customer may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from StoryScale except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Service scope

StoryScale provides comparative estimation workflows and controlled Story Point publishing to Jira. Customer remains responsible for Jira configuration, user permissions, and project governance.

4. Data and privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Security Policy.

5. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

StoryScale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elementalys disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling or discontinuing use of StoryScale, or by written notice where applicable.

Elementalys may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination, license rights end immediately.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Naples, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
